Liaoning Zhongxin Automation Instrument Co., Ltd., founded in 1988, is a Provincial High-tech Enterprise and a member unit of China Environmental Protection Industry Association.

Our flagship products, including the SQ Series Acoustic Soot Blowers and UL Type Displacement Level Gauges, enjoy high brand recognition and market share within the industry. III. Quality Assurance Capacity
The company operates a comprehensive quality assurance system. Covering market forecasting, implementation of special customer requirements, material management, welding and other production process control, as well as after-sales service, all activities comply with international practices and standards to keep the quality assurance system under strict control.
To guarantee products meet specified requirements, the company has established the quality manual in accordance with GB/T19001 idt ISO9001:2000, alongside documented quality system procedures, specifications and regulations. A dedicated Management Representative is appointed to oversee effective operation of the quality system.
All suppliers of raw materials and supporting components undergo assessment and approval. Procurement cooperation is only carried out with qualified suppliers, whose performance is dynamically managed based on quality records. The Technical & Quality Department conducts sampling or mandatory inspection of key raw materials, outsourced parts and supporting components at suppliers’ premises to ensure compliance.
IV. Manufacturing Capacity
The company possesses necessary processing technologies and key equipment for manufacturing industrial automation instruments and environmental protection soot cleaning products.
The production department is equipped with metal cutting, welding, heat treatment, benchwork equipment, as well as assembly production lines for mechanical and electrical instruments.
Major machining equipment includes lathes, universal milling machines, planers, drilling machines, tapping machines, electric welding machines, argon arc welding machines, etc.
The quality inspection department runs an acoustic testing laboratory and flow test laboratory, equipped with precision impulse sound level meters, octave band analyzers and a complete set of measuring instruments for metrological inspection, pressure testing and air tightness testing.
